Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Customers will be notified once their order is ready for delivery or pickup.

Delivery Locations

We deliver within Accra and other parts of Ghana. Delivery charges may vary depending on the location and size of the furniture.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the customer's location and product availability. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Accra: 1–3 business days

  • Outside Accra: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Hawills Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients at the time of delivery.

Customers should inspect items upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

 

2. Order Pickup

Customers may choose to pick up their orders directly from our showroom. Pickup arrangements should be scheduled in advance with our team.

 

3. Returns

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The customer must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or special-order furniture

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products that show signs of use after delivery

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

We will review the issue and may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • A refund if necessary

 

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method. Processing time may take 5–10 business days.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
